Katarzyna Nienartowicz
Attorney-at-law Trainee / Junior Associate / Disputes of Financial Institutions
Katarzyna specializes in civil law, and is a member of a team advising banks on claims arising from foreign currency-indexed loan agreements.
She develops pleadings in complex cases, including appeals and defence against lawsuits, and has a particular interest in the areas of medical and pharmaceutical law.
During her studies, she actively participated in the student government of Warsaw University’s Faculty of Law and Administration, and served as Treasurer in the Constitutional Law Academic Circle “Legislator”, where she participated in the organization of divisional and inter-university events, whilst also completing an internship in the Civil Section of the Law Clinic.
