We have been changing business for the better for 25 years. In a sustainable and responsible way. For people and the environment. And through technology.

Our sustainability is driven by a nine-member group of experts whose complementary expertise enables us to manage all issues across the broad spectrum of ESG. These range from the business and the people who make it up, to the law, culture and governance, the technologies that support us, to the environment, and energy and resource use.

The ESG Committee is a dedicated advisory body that reports to the Management Board and develops and implements best practices, standards and initiatives to ensure that our development is as broad and sustainable as possible. It is a team of experts responsible for continuously ensuring that our firm operates in accordance with the values we hold dear and that are deeply rooted in every part of our business.

The Committee’s work is supported by a working group that turns vision and good ideas into concrete results. It is thanks to the creativity and dedication of all these wonderful people that we have delivered a number of important projects in the areas of climate and nature protection, human rights, social issues and governance. And we keep on working.

For us, ESG is not an empty phrase, but a powerful foundation on which to build both our business vision and our practical, professional day-to-day work.
