2nd Annual Baltic Sea Region Real Estate Awards for the Best Law Firm
On 23 May, Sopot became the Baltic capital of the real estate industry. This was the day of the Baltic Investment Forum conference, which culminated in the 2nd Annual Baltic Sea Region Real Estate Awards gala.
This year the jury focused on excellence, innovation and the courage to break new ground, as well as experience and leadership. The winners in the 26 categories were decided by experienced practitioners and experts in the wider property industry.
They were chosen for their ability to transform and redefine their role as advisors and partners in the business, to find hidden potential and create vibrant spaces, and to pursue their goals effectively and with an open mind, going far beyond simple results on paper.

For this, as well as for our in-depth knowledge of the industry and comprehensive legal services, our Real Estate Practice was awarded the prestigious title of “Law Firm of the Year”.
This award recognises the phenomenal work of Paweł Cholewiński’s team – whose masterfully executed and award-winning projects included serving companies such as Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych, Savills, Beneteau Group and Reckitt Benckiser.
