Commentary to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union
Dr Marek Jeżewski (Partner) is the author of a commentary to the Common Commercial Policy of the European Union to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The collaborative study edited by prof. Andrzej Wróbel has been published by Wolters Kluwer Poland, 2012. In his commentary dr Jeżewski focuses on new developments of the Common Commercial Policy of the European Union after the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, including the new issue of the EU investment protection policy. The commentary also deals with problems in the relationship between external and internal EU commercial policy.
