Commentary to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union

Dr Marek Jeżewski (Partner) is the author of a commentary to the Common Commercial Policy of the European Union to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The collaborative study edited by prof. Andrzej Wróbel has been published by Wolters Kluwer Poland, 2012. In his commentary dr Jeżewski focuses on new developments of the Common Commercial Policy of the European Union after the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, including the new issue of the EU investment protection policy. The commentary also deals with problems in the relationship between external and internal EU commercial policy.

 

   

KZR&P lawyers about personal data protection

Piotr Niezgódka (Advocate, Partner) and Joanna Karczewska-Wróbel (Associate) co-wrote the article “Personal data protection: what is expected in the next years?” The article was published in the Direct Marketing Association bulletin (May-June 2012).

KZRP participates in the Conference “Taxpayer protection day”

Kochański Zięba Rapala & Partners’ participants to the conference organized on 16 May by the Oficyna Prawa Polskiego publishing house, will be inter alia Małgorzata Kucewicz – legal counselor trainee and Anna Zięba – examined tax advisor. The conference continues the series of events in support of the Taxpayer Rights Protection Movement. This conference will look at the greatest problems of the taxation system.
